Autumn Bryant knew that she wanted to focus her practice area on estate planning and elder law after experiencing the complications surrounding the disability and eventual passing of her grandfather. She witnessed firsthand the value of having an estate plan in place before the unexpected happened as her family rallied around to maintain assets, provide healthcare, and major administrative decisions. Autumn realized that with proper estate planning, you could provide organization, clarity, and tough decision-making, that takes a weight off family members during times of turmoil and grieving.

Autumn’s legal experience started in high school as a legal assistant in a general services law firm covering criminal, civil, basic estate planning, and traffic cases. Upon graduating from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, she decided to leave the general practice area and work for a third-party debt collection litigation firm as a paralegal gaining experience in creditor rights and civil litigation.

Knowing that she wanted to become an attorney herself, Autumn, a Virginia native, decided to relocate to Indianapolis, Indiana to attend law school at IU McKinney School of Law. There, she participated in the Disability Clinic providing free legal services to low-income community in appeals for disability. Autumn served as a Student Executive Board Member of the IndyBar Association and served as a legal researcher for the IU Public Policy Institute for the Legal Needs Assessment Project that provided insight into rural communities of Indiana that lacked legal resources and how to provide these areas with legal support.

Autumn began working at Randall Law Offices as a law clerk her first year of law school. Upon graduating and passing the bar, she joined the firm as an attorney. Autumn appreciates taking a “Counsellor at Law” approach with her clients and developing long-term relationships with her clients to design an estate plan that is personal to them. She takes pride in providing education and counselling to her clients throughout their ever-changing lives and as the world around them shifts. She strives to provide a personalized estate plan to fit her client’s goals and needs.

Today, Autumn focuses her legal practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and is also a member of the Indiana State Bar and IndyBar Association.

Outside of the office, Autumn enjoys time with her partner, Davis, and their two dogs, Meadow and Dusty. She enjoys gardening and cooking with the bounty that the backyard provides and if you cannot find her tending to the garden or in the kitchen, she is likely crocheting or reading a good book.  Additionally, she serves as the chair for Community Service Committee at the local Indianapolis Rotary Chapter and spends much of her time volunteering to serve her community.

Autumn been awarded the "Rising Star" recognition by SuperLawyers.com for 2023 & 2024.
